Here's What to Expect Next...
1) Please verify you are in our delivery area! If not, we can schedule a time for you to pick up at our Benbrook location or you may schedule your own shipping service with coordination from our Customer Service department.
2) You will be contacted by a representative via email to schedule your delivery date and time! You MUST respond to email in order to confirm your delivery time!
Important: Do you have any limitations on when you can accept your delivery? Please contact Customer Service immediately in order for us to best assist you with your availability limitations, as otherwise, our deliveries are scheduled on specific routes and will be scheduled accordingly.
3) Did you forget to order assembly on the items you wish to have assembled? Don't worry, you can go back now and add assembly on to specified items.
Important: Delivery Agents will not be able to assemble items if not ordered prior to delivery being scheduled so make sure you schedule your assembly now!
4) We take the protection of our customers seriously! In order to combat fraud, you may be asked for your identification before and at time of delivery. At times, you may also be asked for additional identifying information and proof of residency such as original utility statements, lease agreements, etcetera. Examples of situations that would require additional identifying information are as follows: Billing & Shipping Address Mismatch, Alert of Fraud Detection Software, Alert from Credit Card Company, etcetera.
