Finally Home offers FREE In-home delivery in Southern California & Texas on all orders over $399 as well as free nationwide delivery on all of our parcel items & shop collections with no limitations.

In-home Delivery & Assembly are currently only available in Texas & Southern California. Finally Home will contact you within 72 hours of placing your order to schedule a convenient delivery with you.

Free In-home delivery: Free In-home includes a scheduled delivery with the items being brought into the first room of your home.

White Glove Delivery: White glove delivery includes full assembly and trash removal of up to 3 items. For larger orders, please reach out to discuss your assembly needs.

Direct Shipping: Our direct shipping items ship fast and free via Fedex or UPS with tracking.

 All Shop Collections & Direct Shipping Items Ship Free Nationwide with no limitations- Delivery on These Items is 2-7 Days.

All In-home orders over $399 will delivery for free to covered areas. In-home orders under $399 will have $50 shipping.

Delivery Options:

Room of Choice: furniture delivered to your room of choice inside your home or office. You are responsible for opening the packaging and assembly. Please ensure the path to your room of choice is wide enough for the box. The service includes up to two flights of stairs. Additional stairs beyond two flights are subject to additional fees. If you are not sure, please feel free to reach out our customer service before your order is dispatched.

Inside and Assembly: Deliver to your room choice and assemble. Please ensure the path to your room of choice is wide enough for the boxKeep in mind that, while our delivery partners will not remove packaging as you might need in case of a return or exchange. Preparing For Delivery:

To ensure a smooth and successful delivery day, be sure to measure the heights and widths of doorways and hallways, keeping in mind the measurements of your furniture items. Don’t forget to include elevators too. Also, just a heads up that items are not usually delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Day:

Our Large Parcel delivery partner will call in advance to schedule a delivery date and appointment window. Once they arrive at the delivery location, they will arrange your package delivery depending on your selected shipping option. Once an authorized consignee receives the package be sure to inspect the contents upon delivery. If you have any issues regarding the packaging or conditions, write down the problem on the delivery receipt given to you by the driver. Then, give us a call and we will assist you.

We recommend keeping cardboard packaging for a short period after delivery/assembly. You’ll be happy to have these boxes on hand in case you need to return your item(s). This is because you’ll be charged handling fee if you return items without their original packaging.

What are the requirements for the consignee?

An authorized consignee over the age of 18 with a valid ID must be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time window. The consignee must print his/her first name with the first letter of the last name, and a signature on the delivery invoice. Our drivers are NOT allowed to leave the items unattended.
Redelivery fee:


Any last-minute change of delivery date will be subject to a re-delivery fee of $199 or more depends on your location. If you would like to re-schedule your delivery date, please let us know at least 3 business days prior to your delivery date.
