Return Policy

We know purchasing items on line can be scary! Our goal is for you to be happy with the items you've purchased from Finally Home Furnishings...So happy in fact, that you run out and tell everyone know about how awesome of an experience you've had, how great your furniture is, and what an amazing deal you received! With that said, selling items online is also scary, and as a small business we really want to limit the possibility of a return happening. Most reasons to return an item could have been prevented by you having more information before making your purchase. Do you need a better picture? Help understanding the dimensions? Reach out to us with any question big or small and we can work together to make sure you get the right products.

If all else fails and you need to make a return, we will have slightly different requirements depending on where your item shipped from. In all cases we only accept returns of unopened/unused items in original packaging.

Finally Home offers a 30 day return window - Please review the requirements below and determine which scenario applies to you.

To initiate a return, please send an email to customerservice@finallyhomefurnishings.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and a picture of the item in question. We will contact you within 72 hours of receiving this information.

For Local In Home & White Glove Delivery

Finally Home offers a 30 day, hassle-free return policy (minus a 25% restocking fee and any delivery and/or assembly charges if applicable. Special order & floor model items do not qualify for returns. Mattresses, also, do not qualify for returns.  If you have decided to return your item please contact us to schedule an appointment to drop off your item(s). The item must be returned within 30 days of being received and be in new condition with all original packaging.  

 

For Free Nationwide Shipping Items

Finally Home offers free shipping on 1000’s of items through our drop shipping program. These items ship fast and free via Fedex or UPS. You may return unopened/unused items within 30 days of purchase. Nationwide shipping items will not incur restocking fees, however the buyer will be responsible for the original and return shipping (even if not invoiced on original order)

*If exception is made and a return is approved for an opened item, the buyer will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee in additional to the shipping and return shipping.
