# Return Policy
At Finally Home Furnishings, we want you to love your purchase. Because furniture is a significant investment, we encourage customers to contact us before placing an order with any questions regarding dimensions, colors, materials, delivery requirements, or product details. Our team is highly familiar with the products we offer and is happy to help ensure you select the perfect piece for your home.
## Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, please stop unpacking the item immediately and take several clear photographs of both the packaging and the damaged area. Contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@finallyhomefurnishings.com so we can review the situation and determine the best solution.
If you receive the wrong item, a defective item, or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.
## 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is received.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
Please note that mattresses and box springs cannot be returned.

## Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
### Local In-Home Delivery & White Glove Delivery Orders
Approved returns for items delivered through our local in-home delivery service may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customers may also be responsible for any pickup or transportation costs associated with returning merchandise to our warehouse.
### Free Nationwide Shipping Orders
Approved returns of unopened and unused items shipped through our nationwide shipping program are not subject to a restocking fee.
However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any freight or carrier charges required to return the item to the warehouse.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return authorization and instructions.
## Exchanges
Finally Home Furnishings will replace or exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect as outlined in our Warranty Policy.
We do not offer exchanges for preference changes, sizing issues, color selection changes, or other non-defective merchandise.
## Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at customerservice@finallyhomefurnishings.com.
