Refund policy

Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns before placing your order. If you are unsure about a color, dimension or anything else, just give us a call! We are very familiar with all of the products that we offer, and in working together we can be sure that Finally Home is sending you the perfect item.

You can expect your item(s) to arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any damage to your item, please STOP unpacking the item. Take several clear pictures of the package and email Customerservice@finallyhomefurnishings.com. We will contact you the same day to discuss our options.  

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. Mattress and box springs can not be returned. Every situation is different, and the most important thing to us is that our customers are happy. Please give us a call so that we can find the best solution for you in any situation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Only unopened and unused items will be considered for return. We do not accept returns for mattress or box springs. 


Exchanges
Finally Home will exchange items that arrive damaged as outlined in Warranty. Other types of exchanges will not be accepted.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
