Return Policy: Finally Home offers a 48 hour, hassle-free return policy (minus a 20% restocking fee and any delivery and/or assembly charges if applicable. Special order & floor model items do not qualify for returns. Mattresses are also a non-returnable item. If you have decided to return your item please contact us to schedule an appointment to drop off your item(s). If you cannot deliver items to storefront, we offer returned merchandise recovery service for a fee of $69. Please note, items must be returned within 48 hours of being received and be in "like new" condition with all original packaging. If you wish to return your item(s) but need for us to come back and recover the merchandise, we offer this service for $99.
