We want you to love your purchase. If you ever need to return an item or submit a warranty claim, we’re here to help and will guide you through every step with clear instructions and friendly support.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most new, unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return to receive your RMA number and detailed instructions.

Return Conditions

• Item must be in new, unused condition

• All original packaging and labels must be intact

• Local delivery returns may incur a 25% restocking fee; delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable. We’ll always do our best to minimize any fees.

• Special-order, clearance, and mattress items are final sale.

 


 

Return Shipping & Pickup

You’re responsible for return shipping—but we’ll walk you through every step:

 

  • FedEx & Out-of-State Returns

    For new, unopened, undamaged items originally shipped via FedEx or from out of state, you cover the return-shipping cost only—no restocking fee applies. FedEx rates can add up quickly, so if you’d like to explore more affordable carrier options or have any questions, just give us a call.

  • Other Shipped Returns

    Arrange freight or parcel shipping back to us and contact us for your RMA label and carrier instructions.

  • Local Returns

    • Return the item to our warehouse in person, or

    • Schedule a pickup with our team (pickup service is available for $80).

    We’ll always work with you to keep your out-of-pocket costs as low as possible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Snap clear photos of the issue

  2. Pause assembly or use of the item

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We’ll coordinate with the manufacturer or carrier to repair, replace, or refund—whichever makes the most sense.


 

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products include the manufacturer’s standard warranty (generally 1 year) covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty exclusions include:

• Accidental damage or improper use/assembly

• Normal wear and tear, or damage from pets, moisture, or transport after delivery

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please send photos and a brief description. We’ll handle the claim on your behalf and guide you through the process.


 

Changed Your Mind?

We understand furniture is a big decision. If your item meets our return criteria, we’ll do our best to accommodate you—just give us a call first so we can make sure you choose the perfect piece.

    • For items originally shipped via FedEx, please contact us for return-shipping details

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We inspect all local deliveries carefully, but if something’s not right:

  1. Take photos of the issue immediately

  2. Stop assembling the item
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  4. 4.We’ll work quickly with the manufacturer or shipping partner to resolve it

We’ll either repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation and product type.


What about warranties?

Can I return an item if I just changed my mind?

If it meets our return criteria — yes. But because furniture delivery is time- and labor-intensive, returns are expensive. That’s why we encourage all customers to call us with any concerns before ordering — we know our products well and can help make sure you get exactly what you need.
