At Finally Home Furnishings, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Furniture is a big decision, so we always encourage customers to contact us before placing an order with any questions about color, dimensions, materials, delivery requirements, or compatibility with your space.
If you ever need help with a return, damage claim, or warranty issue, we're here to guide you through the process with clear instructions and friendly support.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered on most eligible items.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- New, unopened, and unused
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Approved for return before being shipped or brought back
Please contact us before attempting a return. We will provide return authorization and instructions so the item can be handled correctly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Mattresses and box springs
- Clearance items
- Special-order items
- Floor model items
- Items that have been assembled, installed, used, or damaged after delivery
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
π Local In-Home Delivery Returns
Approved returns for items delivered through our local in-home delivery service may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable. Customers may also be responsible for any pickup or transportation costs associated with returning merchandise to our warehouse.
Local customers may return approved items to our warehouse in person or request a pickup. Return pickup service is available for $80.
π¦ Free Nationwide Shipping Returns
Approved returns of new, unopened, and unused items originally shipped through our nationwide shipping program are not subject to a restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any FedEx, UPS, freight, or carrier charges required to return the item safely to the warehouse.
Return shipping rates can add up quickly, especially on furniture. If you have questions or would like help understanding your return options, please contact us before arranging shipment.
Exchanges
Finally Home Furnishings will replace or exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect as outlined in our Warranty Policy.
We do not offer exchanges for preference changes, sizing issues, color selection changes, or other non-defective merchandise.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:
- Stop unpacking, assembling, or using the item
- Take several clear photos of the packaging and the issue
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with the manufacturer, delivery team, or shipping carrier to evaluate the issue and determine the best solution. Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately from standard returns and are not subject to restocking fees.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products include the manufacturer's standard warranty, typically one year, although warranty periods may vary by manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties generally cover defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty coverage does not usually include:
- Accidental damage
- Improper use or assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from pets, moisture, or misuse
- Damage from moving, transport, or handling after delivery
If you believe you have a warranty issue, please send us clear photos and a brief description of the problem. We'll help submit the claim and guide you through the process.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us.
